Unlike most Indian mace which is sourced from various small farms, ours comes from a single estate — our Naturish Organic Farms at Thrissur, Kerala. Grown organically under shade canopy, without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. Each aril is hand-peeled from the nutmeg, sun-dried for three days at the farm, and graded by colour intensity. Premium blades — bright orange, intact, fragrant — are what reach you. Single estate. Single harvest. Single standard."
