From what age can I use Baby VCO? +
Most paediatricians recommend introducing oil massage from day 7 onwards, after the umbilical cord has healed. Always patch-test on the inner arm first and consult your paediatrician if your baby has known skin sensitivities.
What is IS 16077 certification? +
IS 16077 is the Bureau of Indian Standards specification for coconut oil for infant skin care. It mandates dedicated testing for heavy metals, microbial limits, free fatty acids, peroxide value, and absence of irritants — all tested at limits stricter than adult-grade VCO.
Is this safe if my baby accidentally swallows some? +
Yes. IS 16077 includes ingestion safety for incidental contact. The product is single-ingredient coconut oil with no additives, fragrances, preservatives, or contaminants. It is food-grade as well as skin-grade.
Can I use it on my baby's face? +
Yes · use a thin layer. Hypoallergenic and safe for facial skin. Avoid the immediate eye area — a normal precaution with any oil.
How does Baby VCO differ from VCO Organic Premium? +

Why is the oil solid in winter? +
Coconut oil solidifies below 24°C. This is a sign of purity. To liquefy, place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes.
How long does it last after opening? +
