Our pods come from family farms at 1,200 metres in the Western Ghats, where mist, monsoon, and shade combine to produce cardamom with unmatched essential oil content. We hand-pick only the brightest green pods, sun-dry them gently to lock in aroma, and pack within 14 days of harvest.

Cardamom intensity is medium — 3 out of 5 — but the aroma is unmatched. Sweet, eucalyptus-like, with floral and slightly piney undertones.
A single pod transforms a cup of chai. Two pods elevate a payasam. Five pods scent an entire pot of biryani rice. The trick: crack the pods rather than grind them, to release aroma slowly during cooking.
